Dates and Deadlines

Enrollment Deposit Requirement & CPT Eligibility:

To confirm your acceptance into the program, you must submit a one-time, non-refundable international processing fee of $250 at least 4 weeks prior to the class start date. This deposit is required to proceed to the next step of enrollment.

Curricular Practical Training (CPT) Eligibility:

• Instructions for the CPT application will be provided only to students who are currently employed and require Day 1 CPT after the submission of the international processing fee above.
• If you are not currently employed, you are not eligible for CPT.
• The deadline for CPT application submission is at least 3 weeks before the class start date.

Fall semester

August start (G1 session): August 18-October 12

• CPT Application Submission Deadline: July 28, 2025
• Orientation: August 6, 2025, 4 – 5 pm EDT

October start (G2 session): October 13 – December 14

• Deposit Deadline: September 15, 2025
• CPT Application Submission Deadline: September 22, 2025
  Orientation: October 2, 2025, 4 – 5 pm EDT

Spring semester

January start (G3 session): January 12 – March 8

• Deposit Deadline: December 15, 2025
• CPT Application Submission Deadline: December 22, 2025
• Orientation: January 5, 2025, 4 – 5 pm EST

March start (G4 session): March 09 – May 3

• Deposit Deadline: February 9, 2026
• CPT Application Submission Deadline: February 16, 2026
• Orientation: February 26, 2025, 4 – 5 pm EST

Please make sure you are available for these weekends to attend classes on Fort Wayne campus before enrolling. Missing any part of the residency weekend will result in dismissal from the program.
