Dates and Deadlines
Enrollment Deposit Requirement & CPT Eligibility:
To confirm your acceptance into the program, you must submit a one-time, non-refundable international processing fee of $250 at least 4 weeks prior to the class start date. This deposit is required to proceed to the next step of enrollment.
Please follow the steps below to make your payment today:
- Go under the General Payment Form and choose Evening and Weekend Student under the payment category.
- Select the $250.00 Initial International Processing fee-Executive option
Curricular Practical Training (CPT) Eligibility:
- Instructions for the CPT application will be provided only to students who are currently employed and require Day 1 CPT after the submission of the international processing fee above.
- If you are not currently employed, you are not eligible for CPT.
- The deadline for CPT application submission is at least 3 weeks before the class start date.

Please make sure you are available for these weekends to attend classes on Fort Wayne campus before enrolling. Missing any part of the residency weekend will result in dismissal from the program.
